Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking.
If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Your deposit reserves your appointment time exclusively and compensates for lost booking opportunities should you cancel. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full to account for the reserved time slot.
Please note: House Calls are for Miami area only. Anything surpassing 30 minutes of travel time, are subject to extra travel fees.
